1. General Principle
All products offered by Kadem Global are intended for industrial and commercial use. All transactions are conducted based on technical specifications, commercial agreements, and customer approval.
Accordingly, all sales are considered final and binding.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted after delivery unless explicitly approved by Kadem Global.
- Orders are confirmed and finalized following customer approval of product specifications and commercial terms.
- Custom-built, configured, or project-based products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
3. Damage, Inspection & Claims
- All products must be inspected upon delivery.
- Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods as delivered.
- Valid claims may result in replacement, repair, or resolution at Kadem Global’s discretion.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only in cases expressly approved by Kadem Global.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- Kadem Global shall not be liable for delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers.
5. Logistics & Returns Handling
- Due to the nature of industrial equipment, logistics, handling, and installation require structured planning.
- Any return shipment must be authorized and coordinated by Kadem Global. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Kadem Global shall not be held liable for damages arising from improper use, incorrect installation, or failure to follow operational guidelines.
- Liability is strictly limited to the value of the supplied product.
7. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
