Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General Overview

Kadem Global operates within an international trade framework. Due to the nature of industrial and heavy equipment, all shipments are handled through structured logistics planning rather than standard parcel delivery services.

2. Shipping Method

  • Shipping methods vary depending on product type, volume, and destination.
  • Deliveries may be carried out via sea freight, air freight, or specialized ground transport.
  • All logistics operations are coordinated in accordance with the order specifications.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on production, availability, and logistics conditions.
  • Typical delivery times may vary between 7 to 45 business days depending on the project scope and destination.
  • Kadem Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, logistics providers, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and delivery method.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of payment.
  • Production or preparation timelines may apply prior to shipment.

6. Delivery & Acceptance

  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring appropriate conditions for delivery and unloading at the destination.
  • Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the goods and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

7. Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery or handover to the logistics provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
