4. Shipping Costs

- Unless otherwise agreed, shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

- The buyer is responsible for ensuring appropriate conditions for delivery and unloading at the destination.
- Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the goods and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
7. Risk Transfer
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery or handover to the logistics provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
